Recently I attempted to remove a radiator to do a bit of decorating, and in the process I managed to damage one of the pipes which led to a leaking pipe. My wife called Ben on a Sunday at around 3 and he was with us in about an hour. Paul sorted the fix in no time at all, and gave me lots of advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. Aside from the great work Paul does, he’s also one of the nicest tradesmen, let alone plumbers, I have had the pleasure of meeting. Punctual, very knowledgable and a great guy.

Had an emergency call out and John came out amazingly quick! He was punctual, courteous and up front with costings. Happy with the work carried out and would definitely recommend and use again.

Called Craig with an emergency in the morning and although he had a busy schedule he managed to fit us in – way after hours! couldn’t be happier with the fix and customer service. I am a returning customer and will certainly be calling on him again if any other incidents arise.
